About Me

You're entrusting me with one of the most important steps in your life: selling your property. It's only natural that you'd want to know a little more about me.
Originally from Sainte-Thérèse, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications at UQTR before moving to Montreal. Buying my first home sparked a true passion for real estate, and I began my career at DuProprio.
After renovating and reselling my first condo, I made my first rental investment with a duplex. Life then led me to the South Shore, before I launched my career as a residential and commercial real estate broker.
Today, with over 15 years of experience and thousands of transactions, my mission remains the same: to make your sale as pleasant and efficient as possible, while maximizing your property's value. My role is to advise you, guide you, and help you achieve your goals.

My 4-step process

Thorough guidance, from initial contact to closing

Préparation d'une propriété avant la mise en vente
Step 1

Preparation

Every property has a story, and careful preparation makes all the difference. We start with an evaluation visit to identify any repairs, improvements, and home staging needs that will maximize your property's appeal. Then, we gather essential documentation: an up-to-date certificate of location, renovation invoices, inspection reports, and relevant notices. I organize everything to build a complete and solid file.
Good to know: if your certificate of location is more than 10 years old or if modifications have been made to the land, arrange for a new one now to avoid delays.

Step 2

Marketing the property

Once the property is ready, it's time for visibility. It all starts with a pricing strategy based on a rigorous market analysis and comparables. This is followed by a marketing plan designed to make an impact from day one: professional photos, meticulous presentation, distribution on major real estate platforms, social media, and to a targeted network of potential buyers.
The objective is clear: to quickly generate interest and attract the right offers, at the best price and under the best conditions.

Step 3

Showings and Offer Acceptance

Showings begin, and your collaboration becomes essential. A buyer's decision is often made in the first few minutes: a clean, uncluttered, and welcoming property sells faster and for a better price.
With the support of my operations manager, you receive rigorous follow-up: showing requests, buyer feedback, and adjustment strategies as needed. When an offer comes in, we analyze it together, condition by condition.

My role:
negotiate the best terms for you and ensure that every detail of the offer serves your interests.

Step 4

Condition Fulfillment

An accepted offer is not yet a finalized sale. This step involves fulfilling all conditions stipulated in the offer: building inspection, confirmation of mortgage financing, and any special clauses.
I coordinate the parties involved (inspector, notary, lender, buyer's broker) and ensure all deadlines are met. If adjustments are needed after the inspection or for financing, I advise you on the best approach. Once all conditions are met, the sale becomes firm, and we prepare for the signing at the notary's office.
